  • The offer is eligible to new residential conferences booked and held 31st January 2012. (excluding New Year Eve, Christmas Day and Australia Day). This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. No Limit$ points are not eligible with this offer.
  • The offer is valid for residential conference only (i.e. accommodation rooms plus day conference packages) where the total conference spend including food & beverage is taken in the hotel (excluding audio visual, team building, mini bar and external activities).
  • The direct giveaways will be given to the conference organiser once the final invoice is settled to the hotel.
  • This offer is open to all corporate meeting planners, professional conference organisers & travel agents over the age of 18 years old who are permanent residents of Australia.
  • The entertainment is up to $250 in value. The hotel has a list of suppliers to assist with the final choice (Option 1).
  • Chair cover and centerpieces is up to $500 in value. The hotel has a list of suppliers to assist with the final choice (Option 2).
  • Pre dinner drinks is based on standard beverages of house beer, house wine, soft drinks and juices (Option 3).
