I have been coming to the Sebel for 3 years now for the AFA Nationals Competition and I am blown away every single time by the quality of food (those oysters are to die for!), the service and the all round quality and locale of the accomodation.
My partner came up on the 3rd night and was equally stoked about how good all the service was.
I can't say enough good stuff about our stay, probably if you let me write a small novel I might be able to fit it all in!
All the staff were fantastic, there was a lovely young lady from the bar/breakfast who served us a few times, Lynne (irish?) was great on front desk and Cameron from the bar/restaurant was awesome. There was a lovely brunette lady with her hair in a bun that for the life of me I can't remember her name. She was nice enough to even get a towel for my girlfriend's back because she suffers from lumbar scoliosis! Odd request but she made our night perfect along with Cameron!
Cameron even made us strawberry dacquaries, our personal favourite. If I had didn't have to coach every day I certainly would have had a few more!
You guys all deserve a nice bottle of wine or a pat on the back or a pay raise or something. Where's your manager's number??? I'd like to pass on how good you all were!

Thank you Sebel Hawkesbury Valley for making our stay fantastic once again without failure. It really makes a huge difference coming back exhausted from 40 degree heat coaching and playing futsal and having cheery staff and perfect accommodation to make life that little bit easier!

I am writing to you to express my thanks and appreciation for an amazing stay at the Sebel last week (on the NuYu group training program). I have never visited your hotel before but found it to be a fabulous location and Hotel that I would recommend to anyone I know travelling in that area
I was there for a whole 6x nights and found the staff I had liasons and intercation with daily (in the above areas) to be most friendly, helpful and hard working. The hotel grounds, rooms, pool areas, dining rooms and lecture areas were "very" clean and well supplied with what the guests needed
I have had a cleaning business in the past and found the standard was high internally and even on the outside areas of the Hotel (e.g windows, doors). The housekeeping staff helped with any request with a great attitude and promptness along with all the staff in the Dining Rooms and Reception area.
Could you please pass on my "Thankyou" and sincere thanks for a lovely weeks stay last week to all of the above areas. I shall certainly stay at the Sebel in any future travels to the area and was pleased to be there with such great Hotel hospitality. To the staff in the above areas..WELL DONE !

No problem was too much (even climbing in my window because of my broken lock!)
It was lovely to come "home" to a clean and tidy room. The gardens always looked lovely, and no request was too much trouble at the front desk. And what about playing cards in the bar for hours on a glass of soda water!
Of course I can't forget the WONDERFUL LIGHTS!
Who will do all of the above when we get to our real homes!

I have had the pleasure of working at the Sebel Resort and Spa Hawkesbury Valley on a regular basis as an entertainer since 2007.
In a very short space of time I found that the people I had begun to work for, I had now begun to work with, a huge difference to previous experiences I've had elsewhere.
There is always warmth in the working atmosphere on all functions I have been involved in. The function staff work together with a very high level of competence and a passion for what they do, very rarely seen elsewhere.
This goes a long way towards pleasing the clients who choose to have their function at the hotel.
Whether it be a wedding reception, a birthday celebration or a corporate event the function staff work together as a team in order to deliver a pleasing result for the client.
As an Accor Club member, I have had the pleasure of staying in the hotel as a guest which was also a most enjoyable experience.
The room service, the restaurant service and the quality of the food and beverage served were absolutely second to none.
